Lowpex provides Business Consulting in the area of commercial management assisting senior company representatives in decision-making relating to profit, cost and risk optimisation based on interim Sales, Key Account, Business Development, CCO/CSO or Contract Management assignments.

Practical Business Consulting Theory versus Practice

While many commercial (Management-) consulting providers specialise in theoretical analysis, strategies, recommendations and reports etc. Lowpex consulting specialises in providing hands-on support during the execution phase of the business cycle by implementing short- or medium-term needs with realised profit as the main performance indicator.

This is what Practical Business Consulting refers to and with the objective of contributing with financial value by accomplishing the practical part of business-making, primarly by assisting senior management implementing revenue, cost and risk related decisions and needs in decisive moments. Financial value is achieved by means of concrete revenue and cost optimisation procedures driving increased profit, starting within the first project quarter, which in turn contributes to overall business value.

My extensive international B2B experience, ability to translate complexity and rapidly adapting to new challenges and performance requirements make me an asset to leadership teams across various industries. I mainly work with Smaller and Medium size organisations but the type of challenges I address can be found in all company environments.

Where I can be of help

  • Where there is a (partially) defined sales strategy in place and need for senior commercial expertise to support, plan, manage or participate the sales or revenue engagement or as interim Commercial Manager (VP, Director, Head of Sales or Commercial, Contract, Key account or Business Development Manager).

  • In situations where there is a need to adress or improve a certain challenge, relation or commercial agreement, including calling for renegotiation (also as mediator).

  • When there is a need to increase profits by finding the root cause of issues, addressing internal or external cost structures, and implementing change.

  • In situations where a contract or agreement with a customer or vendor requires senior level support to be materialised and where (commercial) due diligence, project-, supply chain-, and implementation-requirements may need to be considered.

  • In vendor interfacing situations requiring special attention such as vendor or bid management, escalation management or negotiations (also as mediator).

  • As a senior commercial resource, providing guidance and support to the leadership team in making decisions and addressing matters within the organisation and in external relations. This may include providing information and analysis, helping to facilitate and implement strategies, and representing the organisation in external interactions.

financial services & Business management

For any opportunity or decision-making requiring business analytics and key performance indicators I offer competence within P/L, total cost of ownership (TCO), Business Case, Balanced Scorecard, (commercial) Due Diligence, CAPEX & OPEX optimisation and cost reduction. In this area I have enjoyed working together with CFO´s from various industries as peers and counterparts. 


procurement & vendor management

I have extensive experience from Procurement and vendor responsibilities in several environments and seniority levels. From bid-management office and procurement I have both designed- and led pre-sales (RFx) processes including post-contract management with service level agreements, vendor performance evaluation metrics and scorecards.



client & contract negotiations

Leading complex contract negotiations with a defined mandate and facilitating the commercial process from pre-sales to post-contract. Strong negotiation skills (English & Swedish) and extensive experience with international B2B engagements. Experience and ability working and communicating with all stakeholders such as CEOs, finance, product management, IT, operations, legal and senior client representatives.


change & Project management

As many business opportunities require commercial project management before the transaction can be materialised I also offer change- and project-management support as a facilitator during pre- and/or post-contracting (Budget, Milestone and Risk management).



Sales engagements & business development

With extensive and senior experience from several Direct Sales-, Key Account-, (Pre-)Sales Operations and Strategic Business Development responsibilities I offer leadership competence and support for Hardware/Product-, Software/SaaS- and Services-sales engagements (mid to longer sales cycles).



supply chain management

Similarly to change- and project management certain opportunities require (complex) supply chain set-ups. In this field I bring industry experience from: Wireless Telecom Professional Services (Build, Operate & Maintain), OEM contract manufacturing, SW & HW Technical Support (TAC), After Market (Repair) Services (AMS), Outsourced operations (OBP) and logistics (3PL).
